Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below
Defrost (in a refrigerator) 6-8 hours, or overnight. Once opened, consume within 24 hours and 'use by’ date shown on pack Do not refreeze.

Serving Notes
This product is ready to consume without cooking. Remove from pack 10 minutes before serving to release the full flavour of our Classic Smoked Salmon. Simply delicious with brown bread, butter and lemon wedges or scrambled eggs.
